The Stables -  on left in picture

"The Stable", has been converted from a traditional Welsh stone farm building into a lovely cottage for six. The old stable block now provides a well equipped family holiday home.

The Stable is an attractive stone building with a paved patio with table and chairs for outdoor meals and a safe garden for children at the rear. The conservatory is a lovely feature, and one which many visitors use to eat in so they can enjoy the wonderful views with their meals. Every convenience has been thought of to make for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There is a table for four in the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room is a comfortable room with night storage heating.

The Ground Floor accommodation comprises:-

View from conservatoryA large conservatory with dining facilities and views over the Eisteddfa Estate towards the coast with the estate's fishing lakes in the foreground

A comfortable sitting room  looking out through the conservatory and off this room is ....

The well-equipped kitchen area with a breakfast bar (seats 6),  electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and window looking over the patio and views.

Also on the ground floor, up 2 steps is a bright bedroom that the children will love, with 3ft. pine bunk beds. This room has also two windows through which there are usually sheep and cattle to be seen, lots of birds and even rabbits.

The pine-panelled bathroom is opposite this bedroom, and has an electric shower over the bath, pedestal basin and WC.

Upstairs is a twin bedroom with lovely new pine beds and quality mattresses.
Also upstairs is the master double bedroom which has an en-suite shower, toilet and hand-basin. (both these bedrooms have exposed beams)

Outside is a paved area with a table and chairs for sitting and reading, enjoying a barbecue or just soaking up the fabulous panoramic views and enjoying the garden.

Behind the cottage is a safe lawned area for children to play and access to the car parking area

General The Stables has been under our ownership since June 2002.  There are many homely touches, the beds have lovely pine bases in the twin room and double room with quality mattresses, the bunk beds are also pine.  We have  put in a double glazing, replaced most of the white goods and carpets, re-furbished the bathroom and re-decorate regularly. Bed linen is provided.

The Stables makes an ideal base from which to explore the Lleyn Peninsula, Snowdonia and North Wales and, in the pretty tranquil setting, is perfect for a relaxing break - even to sit and do nothing but enjoy the panoramic views.
